- first sailing on 17th May 2011
- 30th May:did a first Off-shore trial in 30kts wind, with success
- 16 June: Groupama4 sets off for a Qualifier of 2000 Nm, sailing passed Cape Finesterre, to Azores and back to Lorient, the home base.
- 22 June: Groupama4 returns safely and satisfied after their Qualifier.

-Mar Mostro's is ready, an now 17thMay sailing into Miami.  
- 3 July, Mar Mostro started a TransAtlantic Race from Newport to The Lizard, GB, over a distance of 2,975 Nm.
- 11July, Mar Mosto Finished the TransAtlantic after 7d,11h,40min. ; and she is currently leading the IRC overall standing.
- After this race the plan is to go Lazarote for further training.

TELEFONICA

-She is since 17 May on its Qualifying tour from Alicante and reached Lanzarote on 20th.
- June doing daily training rounds in and around the Canary Islands. Testing the boat in winds 18-25kts with the Spinnaker full of wind, felt great. 
- 1 August, the 2000 Nm qualifying sailing is completed successfully, described by Iker Martinez as a beautiful experience.

- She is being build in Bergamo (It), early June heading for the water.
- 4 July, the boat is launced and first sailing is performed with their new state-of-the-art black Volvo Open 70 boat, painted with a Falcon on hull and sail.
- the winner for the name giving competition has been announced as his name came close to the final boat name: Azzam (translation in English determined)

  • A Race test will be performed during "the Auckland -Musket Cove Ocean Race of 1141 Nm starting 28th May. 
  • The Camper boat is being shipped to Europe for the VOR.

- The previous Telefonica Blue will be used and be ready to sail by August
- The boat name started as Sanya, but because of Chinese belief Lan was added. For good fortune, a new boat name shall have some part of the old boat name ,so Lan is added which is Chinese for Blue. 
- She will be refitted and repainted in Hamble, Southampton till July 2011
- Refitting is done and now ready to sail. Participation in the coming Rolex Fastnet race, start 14 August, together with AbuDhabi and Groupama is announced. This would be a nic test:)
